In-Store Return Policy
Due to the nature of our business, our return policy may vary depending on the merchandise involved, so feel free to call us with any questions regarding returns. Otherwise, refer to the follow terms.
NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING

- Plumbing
- Carpet Squares
- Moulding
- Cabinet Doors
- Cabinet Hardware
- Out-Of-Stock Items
- Lot Sales
- Special Orders
- Out-Of-Box Items Rolled Vinyl Cut Orders & Remnants
- Any allowable return not packaged properly (original packaging) will be subject to a restock fee.
- All returns must be accompanied with a sales receipt - NO EXCEPTIONS!
- No returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All returns are subject to the approval of the management.
In-Store Payment Policy
Building 9 accepts the following forms of payment for purchases:
Cash – Visa – MasterCard – Discover-American Express
*All Check and Credit Card purchases must be accompanied by matching photo I.D.
Privacy Policy
Building 9 values and respects the privacy and trust of each of its customers. Any and all personal information acquired through transactions or e-mails, will not be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed to others for any purposes what so ever. Building 9 does not store customer financial information.
